C420 PAPR System

PAPR systems are waist mounted, battery powered, air purifying systems that filter out Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TIMS) and Toxic Industrial Materials (TIMS).  They do this by filtering ambient air via two combination filter cartridges, delivering over 130 liters per minute to the user's gas mask. The cooling effect increases work times, comfort and protection.

The SafetyTech C420 PAPR Systems are the most rugged and widely accepted PAPRs in the market. Military tested and battlefield proven, these systems are ideal for harsh industrial environments were longer work times and repeated use are the norm.

M95 Gas Mask

The Safety Tech International M95 Gas Mask is designed to meet the critical hazards encountered in warfare and incorporates the highest standards in NBC protection with unrivaled comfort, reliability and wearer acceptance. Lightweight and comfortable even over long periods, its low breathing resistance facilitates extended wear without adversely affecting user performance. Small silicone inner-orinasal mask provides a comfortable fit against the skin and prevents fogging of the lenses. The stretch property of the polyester/Lycra head-harness enhances wearer comfort, particularly over long periods. The head-harness is resistant to chemicals and aging.

The facepiece has filter connections on both sides in order to facilitate left or right-handed operation. Close-fitting design is compatible with tactical equipment used in field operations such as optical, communication equipment, shoulder-fired weapons, protective clothing and helmets. Halo-butyl rubber used for the M95 Gas Mask is specially engineered to enhance resistance to all known NBC or CBRN agents.

Optional equipment includes speech diaphragm, amplification modules, canteen and hydration adaptor for Camelback™ systems.

Promask Gas Mask

The Promask 2000 Full Gas Mask is designed to meet the critical hazards encountered in Civil Defense, First Responder, Health Care, Decontamination Line and Industrial situations. It incorporates the highest standards in NBC protection with exceptional comfort, reliability and wearer acceptance.

SGE 400/3 Gas Mask Negative Pressure Air-Purifying Respirator System

The SGE 400/3 is a negative pressure gas mask with a low profile design allowing over 90% field of vision. It is a high impact face piece which includes two side connections compatible with NATO standard threads. The facepiece is made with non-allergenic inner mask and surgical grade silicone rubber that can be worn continuously for up to five days.

Due to the high impact resistance of the face shield, this system is the perferred choice for riot control.

FlexAir™ PAPR

The FlexAirtm PAPR by SafetyTech International is an extremely versatile, high air flow system that can be used for biological and particulate protection in a two filter configuration or converted to a 3 cartridge system providing protection against TICS (Toxic Industrial Chemicals) TIMS (Toxic Industrial Materials).

C430 Multi-Hazard PAPR System

The new Multi-Hazard system is a high air flow Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) offering those exposed to potentially dangerous respiratory threats the ability to perform physically demanding tasks while providing a high level of protection.

Utilizing the SafetyTech C420 PAPR Blower, the Respondertm is a belt-mounted respirator with a choice of 2 proven tight fitting facepieces in 3 sizes. The CBRN PAPR system is ideal for military and special operations personnel who need non-IDLH respiratory protection for extended periods of time.

POWERED AIR PURIFYING RESPIRATOR (PAPR) SYSTEM
 
SafetyTech International NIOSH-Approved C420 PAPR systems feature the powerful and efficient C420 blower.  During use, ambient air is pulled through two combination cartridges by the battery powered C420 blower to supply a constant filtered airflow of greater than 130 liters per minute into the selected face mask. 

The cooling effect of constant, filtered, airflow into the mask provides a high degree of comfort, prevents fogging, greatly reduces pulmonary stress, and helps preserve user strength and mental acuity and also reduces any feelings of claustrophobia. 

The C420 is available with a variety of primary (10-year shelf-life) and economical long-life rechargeable or disposable alkaline battery power options.  Universal chargers are available for all rechargeable battery types.
